Cisco Product Manager, Integrations and Verticals in San Jose, California

What You'll Do

Build and bring to market Webex collaboration applications and experiences through partnerships and integrations; deliver on the Webex vision to empower and inspire teams to do their best work. As a senior product manager, you will refine our vision and align the product strategy towards making Webex the most admired and defacto choice as collaboration application suite. The primary charter will be to deliver seamless integrations with the Webex platform across multiple workloads including Messaging, Meetings and Calling. As the product lead, you will work closely with business development to create the business case for investment, and subsequently with engineering and UX leadership and marketing to deliver and launch the integration. We value the execution i.e. get it done skills greatly. As such, we need a pragmatic multi-functional leader who can drive product planning, delivery trade-offs, release management across Product Management, UX and Engineering teams. Who You'll Work With

You'll work with the best talent (PM, UX and Engineering) in collaboration space, globally distributed teams across US, Europe and Asia. You will also work closely with Cisco sales leadership and technology and resale partners of Cisco (which includes largest of Carriers, Top VARs in the industry) and most importantly our customers ranging from 50 person start-ups to biggest of the Fortune 500s.

Who You Are

First and foremost, a product manager with sharp product and design sense; possess the ability to identify high value user and customer needs and differentiation opportunities and a track record of delivering products that users and customers love. Experience leading products from early stage concepts to scale. A technical background is desirable (not required) as you will work with some of the brightest architects and engineers; adopt the opportunities to harness this expertise to deliver differentiated products. You are comfortable delivering executive level presentations to internal and external audiences; have handled customer engagements to support pre and post sales activities


  • BA / BS with 8+ years of high tech experience; MBA desirable
  • Track record of delivering Consumer / B2C/ SaaS products, and growing to market leadership
