BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 14+ years of experience planning, designing, developing, and delivering large scale platforms and products.
7+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading software development teams.
Knowledge of various DevOps tools and practices including GitHub, Jira, Confluence and CI/CD.
Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining high performance, large-scale distributed and highly available services and platforms.
Is a strong leader with ability to lead & manage a high performing team, can creatively balance high quality delivery with customer focus to meet business needs.
Proven track record of result-oriented leader focussing customer experience and delivering results in an aggressive and fast paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.
Experience building and managing highly effective engineering teams and recruiting top talents.
Be able to define and set standards for engineering rigor and help cultivate an engineering driven culture
Solid knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
