Ultimate Software QUARTER END/YEAR END TEMPORARY ASSOCIATE in Santa Ana, California
The Quarter/Year-End Temp will be responsible for supporting quarter-end processing in a deadline driven and high-volume environment.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Match quarterly returns and checks, and audit for accuracy.
Logoff quarterly returns and checks.
Box and mail tax returns and checks to agencies.
Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be flexible and available to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Beginning to intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Windows, and Gmail.
Proficient in working with multiple systems and tools to perform job functions.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
- Payroll and/or accounting experience a plus.
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 20 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
