Intel Product Manager in Santa Clara, California
Job Description
The RealSense Group is delivering exciting new RealSense Camera products that will change the way people interact with computers! We are looking for a Product Manager to set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Providing presales and post-sales service to customers
Act as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, field sales, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries
Review warranty claims
Process customer returns and exchanges
Expedite service and repairs
Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks
Use judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
Education:
- BS degree in EE/CS or a related field
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: (image sensors, imaging optics, computer vision, video streaming, software development or new market development.)
5+ years of product management and program management experience
10+ years of experience in at least one of the following: (consumer electronics, software, sensors, 3d camera or imaging)
Must have taken at least 1 product from inception to operations
Preferred Qualifications:
MSc/PhD in EE/CS or a related field
Experience in 3D imaging systems (HW or SW)
Experience with Biometrics is a plus
Experience in managing multiple products simultaneously
Experience across multiple functional areas: product management, engineering, customer enablement, marketing, and sales
Experience managing engineering or product management teams
