Patient Account Representative
Do you have a "can do" attitude and are always looking to help out your team? Do you have experience working in the healthcare industry and dealing with healthcare insurance companies? If you do then we are looking for you. We are looking for a Patient Account Representative that is looking to join a collaborating team that is constantly growing. This position would be Monday through Friday with a starting time of 7:30am. You will not be hands on with patients but working with pulling bills and following up with insurance companies on what has been covered and what needs to still be collected. Responsibilities
Process and manage patient claims
Collect payments from patients for processing
Resolve any issues relating to the patient account
Answer any questions patients may have about their account
Assist patients with terms for repayment structures
Negotiate any overdue balance to recover payment from patients
Generate bills for patients including payment plan options
