Systems & Network Technical Administrator Must Haves:
3-5 years hands-on experience, ideally with an IT managed services provider (MSP)
Solid experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Hyper-V
Implementing and supporting virtual server environments
In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networking technologies
Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall, and VPN applications
Setting up, configuring, troubleshooting and fixing networking equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Active Directory, O365
Customer service and technical expertise
