We're looking for a Research Associate I , working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in South San Francisco, California .
Conducts preclinical translational research.
Collects, processes and analyzes murine tissues to support model characterization and/or in vivo pharmacodynamic studies.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cell Biology, Immunology or a related field is required.
At least 2+ years experience in single cell quantification and characterization of ex-vivo tissues by flow cytometry.
Significant experience with tumor processing, cell counting, staining and running large flow cytometry studies (minimum of six color assays) is required.
Experience in acquisition of data using DIVA software on BD cytometers and analysis using FlowJo is required.
Experience with cell culture, and murine handling and tissue collection is preferred.
