Act as a strategic partner to a growing recruitment product business and have a significant impact on LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions (LTS) business, the largest business in the company?

The GTM Charter Lead is a key input throughout the process of a new product launch from creation to iteration to selling at scale. Your key responsibility is to partner with our Product and Product Marketing teams to oversee and lead the Charter program phase (early access pilot) within a new product launch, while working to ready the global sales organization for the product launch. After the Charter, you will drive operational initiatives to help enable the launch and establish voice-of-customer feedback programs to help shape the next generation of products.

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with Product Managers & Product Marketing Managers across the LTS business and get rapid exposure to a variety of new products and business scenarios. It is a critical role to the success of the most complex and largest launches at LinkedIn.


  • Partner with various cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Sales Readiness) on new product roll-outs and go-to-market strategy

  • Participate in customer validation research by sourcing participants and identifying key themes and trends

  • Design customer Charter program in terms of requirements, size, and scope to shape product and GTM strategy to Product Management

  • Partner with Product Marketing to lead Charter program execution

  • Own and drive strategic projects designed to drive recruitment business processes more efficient and successful

  • Track ongoing success of our products (across geographies, populations, and products) and provide recommendations to improve overall performance across regions

  • Understand the global hiring ecosystem, conduct whitespace analyses, and assess global client needs to inform new product developments and/or enhancements, driving significant incremental revenue to our business

  • Be a core part of the team driving success for new products in LinkedIn’s largest business unit

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years managing cross-functional projects to enable products to be launched successfully; ensure that customers are satisfied and we are able to meet our internal success targets

  • Prior experience with new products and/or new product launches

  • Ability to deep dive and understand product strategy at detailed level with analytical and customer centric mindset

  • Experience working cross-functionally and building structured deliverables to influence stakeholder

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet multiple deadlines

  • Self-starter and flexible who can thrive in a very fast paced business

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

  • Exceptional presentation, communication and influencing skills
