Facebook Program Manager, Imminent Risk, Risk and Response in Sunnyvale, California

Summary:
The Imminent Risk team seeks to identify and prioritize emerging risks to Facebook and its users, identify trends from external industry events, track key public affairs issues to evaluate risks, deliver action-oriented assessments to mitigate risks to our partners, platform and users, as well as provide critical insights to our internal cross functional stakeholders.
We are seeking a Program Manager with a passion for building strong, strategic relationships with stakeholders across the business, and helping to shape the team's long-term vision, devise and drive global goals, drive key strategic initiatives for leadership and identify opportunities to drive change to help Facebook provide the best support for the community. Successful candidates will excel at designing and troubleshooting systems to optimize for scalable support, coach and mentor teammates in pinpointing system inefficiencies, and develop technical support frameworks for mitigating risk to Facebook.
Required Skills:
Oversee the development and execution of the Imminent Risk team program including but not limited to risk mitigation, tooling, systems and workflows, training, and process improvements across the team
Develop and drive a collaborative environment within the program, acting as a liaison with other program managers across Risk & Response as well as with key integrity partners
Develop internal and executive reporting processes to provide clear and effective program updates
Ensure clear and consistent communication of organizational progress, obstacles, and opportunities
Collaborate with teammates in developing, prioritizing, and delivering comprehensive and data-driven tool improvement requests
Become a technical expert on all tools and systems utilized by Risk & Response
Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategic tooling solutions that address unique requirements of investigation and incident response work
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or international equivalent
4+ years of experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (operations manager experience, project/program management, online operations, consulting experience)
4+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience
Experience collaborating with a variety of individuals and organizations to drive improvements with minimal guidance
Experience communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams
Experience breaking down processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at the regional or global level
Thrive in an agile and global environment, experience pivoting quickly and effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data analysis or internal tools
Technical experience (PHP, SQL)
Experience driving solutions for global operational teams
