Production Worker
Commercial refrigeration display company is looking for a fantastic HR Generalist their Covid procedures. Ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish. Key Competencies:
Understanding and ability to interpret and apply Federal/State employment laws.
Experience supporting multiple functional areas.
The ability to set expectations for employee behavior and act as a cultural role model for the organization. Capable of providing accurate and candid feedback and effectively coaching and influencing employees and managers
Highly customer focused with the ability to develop solid relationships at all levels within the organization.
strong analytical, planning skills and critical thinking required.
strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage a variety of projects and tasks.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work
Responsibilities
Overseeing the Covid procedures, from start to finish, updating reports, etc. This could include following up by means of phone calls, emails, etc.
