Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Valencia, California
Responsible for coordinating monthly and quarterly random testing programs for our clients. Update the random pool selection by communicating with employer. Provide required documentation for clients who are under audit; communicate with government agency and State personnel throughout the audit process. Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide information by answering questions and requests. This can involve system training and discussions regarding Federal guideline.
