Six Flags Maintenance Seasonal Supervisor in Valencia, California
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Full Time and Seasonal staffing needs
Process weekly timecards and time keeping for Payroll processing. This includes tracking attendance requirements per the union contract
Track and maintain employee HR records
Maintain Ride Files for Division
Assist with the State of California and required QSI inspections and paperwork
Track and maintain the budget files for the department managers
Process purchase requisitions as needed
Supervise the Maintenance office staff
Answer phones and maintaining filing for the office
All other duties as assigned as necessary for the department and Park operation
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be a self-starter, courteous and professional
Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
The ability to multitask and communicate with various departments
The ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment and meet required deadlines
Experience working with Budgeting, Spreadsheets & purchase orders
