Title: Employee Health Manager * * Reports To: *Vice President of Human Resources*

Summary:* *Lead, manage and direct Occupational and Employee Health program services including but not limited to: Pre-employment medical screening, immunizations, vaccinations, first aid medical care for work-related injuries/illnesses, all facets of workers’ compensation case management and litigation, manage transitional duty program, coordinate safety and prevention measures to support optimum hospital standards, and ensure compliance with Federal and State occupational health requirements and standards.

West Hills Hospital & Medical Center is a full-service acute care facility located in West Hills, CA, in the Western San Fernando Valley. Education/Certificates/Licenses: *Bachelor Degree required, BSN/MSN preferred.*Current valid California RN, NP, or PA license. Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in occupational health, employee health, or emergency medicine. Knowledge and experience with disability management, basic ergonomics, ADA, FEHA, HIPPA, FMLA, OSHA, Worker’s Compensation statues, case management and litigation. Extensive experience with developing and managing return-to-work and light –duty programs. Preferred Certifications: COHN-S. Training/certification requirements for 49CFR part 40 drug testing preferred.
